I found this at the grocery store today. I thought it absurd that this particular brand of potato could be more advanced than the typical spud. 3 seconds later I understood that the makers of Smart potatoes were not suggesting they've cultivated man's first intelligent tater, but merely developed a better way to produce them. I bought a pack, and they taste exactly like every other potato I've ever had. Round one goes to the marketers. But I won't be fooled again.
